2 lychees
10ml sugar syrup
2 dashes peychaud bitters
40ml Diplôme Dry Gin
15ml lychee liqueur
Garnish: fresh lychee and lemon twist
Method
– Chill your martini glass
– Add into Boston 2 lychee with 10 ml sugar syrup and 2 dashes of peychaud bitters.
– Muddle those down and add 40ml of Diplôme Dry Gin and 15ml of lychee liqueur
– Shake it! Then double stir into your martini glass
– Drop a lychee at the bottom of glass and a lemon twist on the edge.
